Jessica is a native Australian, from the Blue Mountains outside of Sydney. Following graduation from the University of Sydney School of Medicine, she completed residency and fellowship at the University of Miami. After specializing in cardiothoracic anesthesia, she joined Stanford University as faculty in the Division of Cardiac Anesthesia. Jessica has a passion for clinical excellence, relishes in safely guiding her patients through one of the most intense experiences they will ever sleep through, and seeks to inspire the next generation of physician anesthesiologists. Current academic pursuits include resident and fellow education, geriatric and fast track cardiac anesthesia, and blood conservation in cardiac surgery.
